Important Please Read
We need you to ensure that our cleaners have access to safe electricity and hot running water to clean properly. If ladders are required, then this must be stated when you book.
Fridges and Freezers will need to be disconnected and emptied before we arrive. Our staff are not permitted to hang out of any windows.
Our cleaners are not permitted to carry out additional tasks unless authorised before the booking has been placed.
End of tenancy cleaning does not include cleaning ceilings, curtains, carpets and upholstery and does not include washing up or laundering. If these services are required, please let us know when booking and we will incorporate these services into your quotation.
There is an additional £10 charge if we need to collect keys from a third party before starting work.
We require a parking space for one vehicle, or metered parking is to be paid by the client in order for us to carry out our end of tenancy cleaning service in Bristol or Bath.
Should a complaint arise, Liftaway Cleaners Bristol and Bath are to be informed within 24 hours and we will happily resolve issues. Complaints after this time will not be considered.
We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount payable which is non-refundable should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled End of Tenancy Cleaning.
